smonster, have you tried Gatorade? Sometimes that pushes me through the end of a hangover. Or a hangover hangover. It's entirely possible it's just placebo (well, being SUGAR WATER, I suppose it literally is), but it often gets me through a hangover when nothing else does.

The hair of the dog, in the form of one swallow of liquor, is surprisingly effective. Beyond that, it's mostly a matter of rehydrating.
