If he apologized, meant it (which it seems to have adjusted his behavior so probably he did) and you just want acknowledge it, there is nothing wrong with, "thank you."
CASS! Dammit, the vampire outbreak was supposed to happen when we were both there.
In retrospect, we should have had a plan.
Yeah, I tend to go with, "Thank you," myself.
Shir, I'm so sorry for your loss.
Tep, I think the suggestions are good ones, but I also see nothing wrong with "I accept your apology."
House hunting in SoCal sucks so hard. We've put in offers on 2 places and got outbid on both - even the one we offered $25K above asking on. Now there another place that is just slightly out of our price range that we decided we want to see again and maybe put in an offer. Realtor just told me that someone put an offer in today, so if we put one in we'll be in competition once again. So sick of it. Is it too much to ask to find a house you like, put in an offer, and get the friggin' house?? Not to mention all of these homes need work, which we won't be able to do until DW goes back to work. That won't be anytime too soon. Sure stings to pay crazy money for a house that isn't "done." Argh, argh, argh.
Finally have my footpedals the right height...helps to have a friend with a power drill.
erika, you pimped your ride?
{{{GC}}} You have all my house buy sympathy. I can't imagine how much more stressful the whole process must be in a competitive market. Tons of house buying ~ma headed your way.
Not quite, but I don't have to put books up there anymore so my feet are the right height...that was starting to feel a little Gimp White trash.Even if one of the books was Dr. Krugman. I just needed another half-inch...that's what he said.(And, there appears to be no problem Paul Krugman can't solve.)
I don't know what I'm going to do with my time now that I won't be constantly trailing paperbacks.
I would like very much to go back to the Denver part of our trip now.
Yeah, Teppy, I would've just gone with "Thank you". Something like that.
