Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Nope.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Can you call an advice nurse? Do you have an 800 number with your insurance?

Skimmer.

Go if it will ease your mind, Steph. It's probably fine, but will worrying keep you up? Then go. You know?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

It's your noggin, but I wouldn't spend 4 hours in an ER to have them confirm that I was both clumsy and a hypochondriac.

Undoubtedly this will be a contributing cause in you outliving me by twenty years, though.

I was both clumsy and a hypochondriac.

Nah, I already knew that. *Everybody* knows that. I think it's in my Permanent Record. Possibly tattooed on my scalp (just not near where I whacked it).

It would be a way more clear-cut decision if it hurt like this right when it whacked my head. Why would it take 4 days to start hurting? That's just weird and slightly troubling.

Because books.

Maybe it hurts now because you were sleeping directly on it last night?

Hmmm. That could be.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I would go to Urgent Care. They might send you to the ER, but at least you can say "I went to Urgent Care and they sent me here", it might help you jump the line :)

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

It's your brain and it hurts suddenly and you can't find a bump or scrape or obvious indication why it hurts. Go.

not your mom's socks.

I was both clumsy and a hypochondriac.

Steph, no. go - if you're hurting and it's been a while since you banged your head, I'd say go to Urgent Care just for the look.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I never post in here and I never go to urgent care, but I am 99.9999% sure that a nurse would tell you to go, even if it is probably nothing. They do not like to mess with head injuries over the phone.
