Lots of water, sj. LOTS.
RAQ!!!! Have you been following our team? They are being AmAzing.
As posted on FB, CJ now has his own car. He won't have his license until next July, but he can learn winter driving in his car in anticipation of the license. KCD's wife made she CJ thanked ME for letting her give him the car. And she is covering insurance, at least for now. K-Bug is jealous cause she didn't get her own vehicle until she was in college.
Raq! Is Venezuela still happening?
Those are great pictures, Hec. Amazing what geography-defying friends Buffistas are, even second gen.
And sj, what Suzi said about the water. Feel better soon.
Suzi, I'm sure CJ will do well with his car.
le n, glad you are settling in okay. I hope the school year starts off well for you.
Hey Raq!!
Suzi, I have bottled water with me at all times, but I'm having coffee too. So tired.
Have you been following our team?
You bet! We've even gone to see them whenever they've been out here playing the O's. And Mal has made WeeMees of all his favorite players (Reddick, Inge, Moss, Gomes, and Norris). We watch them via subscription, so we get behind but as of last night we're all caught up.
when are you headed to Venezula? How long are you going for?
My DH leaves in a couple weeks. Mal and I don't have visas yet, so I don't know when we are going. The ideal plan is that we will join him around Christmas and stay for a year.
Of course this is all subject to change, as the country is really unstable, but that's the plan so we've been working like mad to pack out and get the house ready to rent and stuff.
Raq, that sounds very stressful. Best wishes.
Nevermind. Nicole came through with the texting.
Hello, Raq! Much moving~ma and school~ma for you!
Dinner with sj!!! Woot!
I'm afraid to ask what grade Mal is in now. All these kids are growing up WAY too fast.
Raq! Moving is hard. Moving not knowing when you'll move must be even more frustrating. It's very nice to see you here though.
Drat, I should be unpacking. But I am looking for between 24 and 28 hours of audiobooks for mom and I's epic drive back to Oregon next weekend for a party. Finding overlap in our tastes is amusing. Probably driver picks the music and shotgun shuts their cakehole. So I'll try to grab 12-14 of stuff she at least won't hate and she'll listen to Harry Potter again. Except I will likely do more than half the driving, so maybe more. I am so tempted to put some fanfic on there. But preferably minimal sexy times. What I ought to be doing is unpacking though.
