Yeah, except that last one.(Although you never know, do you? Man spent many years in The City That Bleeds.)You know, I'd watch it if it were out there.) It's not his fault in some ways...Dad and Stepmonster really prefer parenting to be series of photo ops. My dad is sure he "did it for gas money," because that happens, never. He's sixteen now...the stupid things are really going to get my important. There is kind of a "gilded cage" kind of deal with him, which I get, but he has their attention now. Of course, if I smoked pot *now* and he found out, my mother would get calls about the degenerates I was hanging with, and don't come crying to him when the funding gets cut off and...I never got the "good kid from a good home" defense. So a tiny part of me is Nelson Muntz right now.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Sounds like your brother is in serious trouble, right?
How much help does he need right now?
I'm not sure...got pulled over for speeding and a friend had herb in the car. I don't think the authorities know that he's been making...deliveries. My dad found texts like that, though. Depends on the amount and stuff, I guess.
Sorry about your brother, erika. Hope he wises up.
omnis, I missed where your setup is gas and theirs is electric. That might make me think twice. No really it wouldn't, because gas scares me; but electric is more expensive, I hear?
I slept a whopping 12 hours last night. My sister called to tell me she has a terrible chest cold, so maybe I was sleeping off some ick I might've caught from her. The cats apparently thought I was dead, so they barfed in terror. Nice to know they care.
He's 16, and it was on the friend? He should be all right, unless the friend rolls over on him, but unless it was like, a 1/4 lb of weed, he should get no more than a slap.
Unless AZ has really draconian drug laws.
Yeah, Strix, I'd agree. I would, however, take it as a sign that the Adam-raises-himself plan is totally not working.(Also, my dad caught him smoking twice...is the weed for fun, or is it a problem?) I know his mom is a psycho, but I'm not sure how "just between us" I would have been, since now it's a little secret with a hearing attached.(But, like, I said, if I had ever done that, I'd still be hearing about it.) He tried to say they weren't even his friends(Nice loyalty, A.) but I don't even think my dad went for that.
Hmm. 16? I truly don't know problem or occasional past-time...
If he's dumb enough to get caught twice, I'd ground him for sure on reasons of "Dude, busted, be more careful, dumbass!" because, really? It's much easier to sneak off and get high than it is to sneak off and get drunk and not get caught, and one should have more pride.
I smoked pot as a teenager, and it wasn't a problem. Teenage drinking is more problematic for me. But if he's delivering for people at 16, that IS a big deal and needs to be dealt with. (If I had a psycho mom, I'd probably smoke a lot, too, though. But not BE A DRUG MULE. For "non-friends." Whatevs.)
The whole family needs a wakeup call...not just him. I think it's too bad that we've been estranged and I've seen him maybe twelve times in his whole life. Yeah, I know it's fun...don't want to Reefer Madness the kid, but, you know, people sometimes do things like that to escape too. His mom hates my guts. (That's not why she's psycho, the intensity of the reaction might be though...damn!)
omnis, I would hesitate to trade a gas dryer for electric. Would you need to pay someone to move their appliances to your place and haul yours away?Dunno about the move from their place, I'd hope they aid in that, being strapping youngens that they are. As for disposal of mine, I could call Habitat for Humanity or Goodwill.
omnis, I missed where your setup is gas and theirs is electric. That might make me think twice. No really it wouldn't, because gas scares me; but electric is more expensive, I hear?Gas is about half as expensive, but electric is safer. So. eh. Still on the fence.
Erika, given your bro is a minor, this might just the thing he needs. Could be a blessing in disguise.
In the ongoing saga of Wink Man, he doesn't seem to be on Facebook, but I found him on Twitter. Only four Tweets! All I learned was a local restaurant he likes. Hmpf. But after I Followed him, he replied, saying "glad giving my name worked!" AHA. I feel like Sherlock getting an invitation to The Game from Moriarty. Hopefully this will involve fewer explosions.
