[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

Oh yeah, I went back and actually read the content of your post, which helps.

It would be nice to be able to talk on the phone in your house, but you're moving soon, right? But if it's a NOLA-wide problem, then switching carriers might be a good idea. My brother finds AT&T useless from his apt. in Chicago.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

amyth, how much data do you use a month on your 4G? You have a 4G now, right?

Another decision!!! Keep my 919 number or go for the 504?

I think I need to go get Jesus chicken*. Blood sugar and decision-making capabilities are plummeting.

I have a 4G now, and Verizon has, what, a 2GB/month base plan? I haven't even come close to that this month, but maybe I'm unusual.

I would keep your number. No one cares about area codes anymore, IMO.

Get Jesus chicken!

Jesus chicken* has been purchased and consumed. Back to agonizing decision-making. I'm leaning towards Verizon 4G.

* Jesus chicken is Chik-fil-a, for those who aren't me or amyth.

Verizon 4G black iPhone purchased. BOOM. Now to name it... Hardison? I know that name is already in use for other Buffista-owned hardware, but I like it. Although he's got the 7, lucky jerk.

Other suggestions?

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Mmmmm. I love Jesus Chicken.

My stepdad's niece met her first husband when they both worked at Chik-Fil-A, and at their wedding reception, when they started their first dance, it started as the first few bars of a slow song, then turned into the chicken dance, and the Chik-Fil-A cow mascot came running out.

It was hilarious.

He (the husband, not the cow mascot; I have no idea what the cow mascot's personal life was like) turned out to be a scary freak (no, really; one year at Easter he whipped out his handgun and threw it down on the table while we were eating ham and whatnot) and they got divorced, but their wedding reception was awesome. It had a cow!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Twilight is on TV, and there's nothing else Halloweenish on, so I'm watching it. At least, I'm giving it a try. I'm not sure I can last the entire movie.

Thrive to spite them

Windy that's really frustrating about the vet. Especially since they didn't have your permission to do that.

So it may snow on Sunday. I have no idea, weather.com is talking snow. But if I'm reading the maps right most of the snow is going to be to in more southern VT.

The cats have started sleeping with me. I sleep on my side with my knees at an angle. Dean has taken to curling up against my knee and calves.

I also heard about another possible long term full time temp position. I have to get an interview scheduled for next week. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

A cow? My trans orthodox Jewish cousin's wedding reception had one of those. I guess it's what the cool kids are doing.
