Also. I'd like to smack last night's Shir with her "let's stay up and play in the internets!". Sleeping hours, NSM.

ION- how long does it take, before the joy of being able to do laundry in your own place wear off? Cuz, I got a oad in the washer, and one in the dryer, and I'm tickled pink!
Hi, unfair! I have other and earlier emails that I didn't reply to. One of them is from June 17.
Plus, I said "play". I didn't say "being productive".

I'd go with "when you actually have to fold it".
~ma for Will's niece and her new baby.
smonster, heal up and please get pro help if you need it. I mean, scars are cool and chicks dig them but still.
I have people coming tomorrow to help me move boxes and furniture into the POD. And then the next chapter.
Smonster, so glad that you already have it splinted, that was my first thought: splint and lots of tape. Without the splint you'd be bound to accidentally blunder into bending. Waking up oozing sucks.
Cass, glad you have people coming tomorrow! Every penny paid to people moving boxes is money well spent.
Man, check out these letters from scouts returning their Eagle badges. I am verklempt. [link]
Damn allergies. And hey, one of them is from my friend Matt! I'm proud of him.
Oh, he wrote a fabulous letter!! I was especially moved by this part:
I am enclosing my Eagle Badge, as it does not stand for the things it did when I earned it. I am also enclosing my Eagle patch, as it too does not represent the ideals it did when I received it. I am even enclosing the box, the box that is too small for my worldview and the people of character that I think have value, but the Boy Scouts of America does not.
Oh, {{{sumi}}}. I'm so sorry.
I've been amazed to learn how many men I know are Eagle Scouts, including one whose letter returning his badge has been posted. And also including one gay man.

I don't know that I have ever actually felt that joy, but I will say once it's gone, it's lost forever.
