It will take some trial and error, but you'll soon figure out what your limits are with the cheese and which ones you can and cannot eat. And as someone said upthread, lactaid pills can really help a lot.
Buffy ,'Dirty Girls'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I JOIN HER IN THIS LAMENTATION. Ahem.
Aren't Lactaid pills helpful with dairy issues?
NOT AS HELPFUL AS THEY LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE.
t /still resentful about missing Prom

Very much this. I'm slowly learning, like the "milk product" that is in, apparently, EVERY BREAD EVER OMG, I can tolerate okay, and limited amounts of cheese. Frozen yogurt on the other hand, even with Lactaid, is a No-Fly Zone.
And in better news, chocolate almond milk is very tasty.
I ended up with a bottle of goo.
Very nutritious goo.
The energy I need for this endeavor is not readily available but i feel it needs to be done.
bonny, I hear you; I want to Clean My Whole House but I run out of spoons after about two hours.

Yeah, you still can't really overdo it, but I went years without being able to have ice cream before Lactaid Ultra was invented. So, I am grateful for the option.

For serious. My place is getting gross with dust, but I've got a new software release to train for and an overdue audit at work, I'm hosting a shower for my best friend (thankfully at a friend's home) Saturday and this weekend is my Sunday at the soup kitchen. I'm comforting myself with the fact that dust that thick isn't going to fly up and make me sneeze, so it's better if I leave it alone (for now).
Sorry, went all mememe there, been feelin' a smidge overwhelmed this week. Bonny, seems like this might be one of those times when the timer is your friend?

I've gotten to the 'make a huge mess to clean the huge mess' portion of the program and now I'm tired.
And, of course, Cagney chose today to be super needy and wanting to play every few minutes. Every time I sit down to organize or clean something, he climbs up into my grill...blinding me with his cuteness.
If I push him away, he goes to his cushion and barks at me.
Sigh.

Truth.
I'm with you on the dust, Epic. Though it is hitting the point where I'm ready to bite the bullet and just be prepared for an asthma attack.
