I have a house for sale in the lovely city of Athens, Georgia!
Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
The cleaning talk is making me glad I don't have pets. I am really really not a good housekeeper.
Oh, yeah, I'm all adult and Zen about it NOW. 16 years ago, not so much.
BALLS the power's out again. I'm posting from my phone. In the car.
Kate,
is this your first time buying?
CONGRATS!
I have a great house to sell...
I'd like to buy some stuff by Joe Moore, who is currently appearing on Australia's Got Talent...in fact, given the time difference, he may already have won this evening. If he does not win...he will have been robbed!
True, iTunes may not be possible. However, he's stated his intention to release a CD after he's done with the show. That you can probably get shipped, and at worst I'd be happy to send it to you.
anyone have advice on how to clean the aforementioned papers I need?
Steam?
Kate, that's great! The house next to me is for sale...
Ha, thanks for the offers, flea and le nubian (edit: and Zenkitty)! If only...
Ginger, we're looking at buying in East Nashville (where we currently live). We're close to making an offer on a house about half a mile from the 5 Points area, although I doubt we'll end up getting it; the house is priced probably $20K above what we can really afford, and I don't see them coming down that much on it, given how well most houses have been selling in this area lately. But it's the first place we've seen that we liked enough to pursue, and if you don't offer, you'll never know if it could have worked out, right?
billytea, I'd be so grateful!
I'll keep my ear to the ground for the cd. Who knows, if it does well there, perhaps they'll try to release it here?

Ha! That's where my House of Hoarders was. In Donelson.

I came home to no power, after the Apocalyptostorm; the power company's automated phone line said our power went out at 4:51 pm (that's wicked precise).
And it came back on at 10:30 tonight. I LOVE ELECTRICITY.
BTW, Zen, Tim does not have Dita's book and would love it, and wants to know what we can send you in return. "What size shoe does she wear?" he asked. The offer of shoes is serious currency from that man.
