If you take sexual advantage of her, you're going to burn in a very special level of hell. A level they reserve for child molesters and people who talk at the theater.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

smonster, I can totally relate.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

smonster, I call it "somebody else will deal with that, right?" syndrome. Happens to me a lot.

The plumber not only fixed all my indoor problems, he replaced the leaky outside faucet at no charge! His visit wasn't nearly as expensive as having that leaky faucet. I am happy now.

And having been outside in 95 degF heat for ten minutes, I'm soaked with sweat and stinky, and so I must shower before any more work gets done.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I need to play the productivity game later this week, of anyone is up for another round.

Most definitely.

Yay! Because memorial service, the market, and the farmers market are all that I am capable of accomplishing today.

So in my father's family crying just doesn't happen, which I have always known but tend to forget because it is the opposite of who I am. When my uncle called the other day I broke down on the phone, and today he was saying, "so are you doing better now?" Really? We're at auntie's funeral and I'm not allowed to be upset or cry? I didn't actually say this, just thought it. Luckily there are other (slight more distant) relatives who are also criers that were there, so Mom and I weren't the only ones.

Crying is perfectly natural. As a guy, I am comfortable enough with my manliness to say, sometimes ya just gotta cry. Funerals. Yup, one of those times. It's a healing process. A stress reliever. And so many other things.

omnis, I think I need you on speed-dial.
Ha! And here I thought I was borderline snarky and annoying/happy/sunshine/optimist person. Glad to help!

So, I just finished a major project here at work. Installed hearing assist system in the main theater. Now, I gotta install it in 2 others. First, lunch.

Pop tart

Damn it. The problem with y'all being so productive... is I'm eating lunch, and no conversation. Sigh. I suppose it's for the greater good.

Thanks, omnis. What are you having for lunch?

Finished a turkey/cheddar sandwhich and a pop tart. Usually I have fruit (either an apple or a cup of melon) but I haven't gone food shopping in a while, so no fresh fruit. Still in holding pattern for the move. And I hate moving food between places. Plus, been busy, and that whole spoons thing. Blah.

Moving is totally a good excuse not to go food shopping. We ate from every take-out place we know at least twice during this last move.

Speaking of take-out, I just ordered Chinese, for the first time in months.

For dinner I'm making my famous "call to the Chinese place".
