so I am doing the pomodoro technique for packing and so far so good. 25 minutes for packing, 5 min break, then 25 min packing. I'll probably do lunch after that. then get back to it.
Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Happy Birthday, Zenkitty!
Happy birthday, Zen!
Go, le n, go! ISTG, timers are the key to my life.
Happy birthday, Zenkitty!!!!!
My great-aunt passed away this morning. She had been suffering with Alzheimer's for years. I'm glad she isn't suffering anymore, but I'm still really sad. She was a wonderful lady. She never married by took care of an endless number of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. She's also one of a very few of my father's relatives that always made time for me. I'm feeling very guilty that I haven't spent time with her in a long time.
{{{ SJ }}} I'm sorry for your loss.

Ion. The race is on. Who will get here first? Dishwasher delivery or flooring? Dishwasher has a 9-1 window. Flooring, after 10am. Aaaand GO!
Timers are great for keeping me on task. I find that if I set it for 30 minutes for a task and I'm not done with it, but I think I can finish it in 15 minutes, I'll just reset the timer. I did that this morning with the kitchen. It kinda wiped me out, though. Now all I'm doing are small chores: starting the dishwasher, folding laundry, taking the trash out. Necessary things, only I was hoping to knock the upstairs bathroom off the list. Not happening after the kitchen.
