And now my right foot is tingling (not my left foot), but I
think
that's from sleeping/pressure? I sleep on my right side, often with my head on my right arm, so I wasn't surprised when my right arm/hand was tingling more than my left this morning.
This is just weird because I don't can't identify anything that's dramatically changed to have brought this on. Usually when I type a lot, my hands get
sore,
not numb. And I haven't even been typing a lot this week, comparably.
Here are some stretches to try
Thanks!
My hands still aren't completely back to normal. A little better than yesterday.
You've got the jimmy-legs. Except in your hands.
P-C,
do you have any loss of strength or movement in your limbs?
Have you been drinking bootleg gin?
Were you bitten by a radioactive spider?
PC, you might have a vitamin b12 deficiency, it can cause tingling in fingers and toes.

Nope.

Nope.

Oh shiiiiiit.

Hm. It's really more of a numbness than a tingling for the most part, though. And it's the whole hand, not just the extremities.
Any chance you've trapped a fairly big nerve? My hands go numb when my joints are trapping nerves.
I love our helpful suggestions and questions. We have quite the range.
