I'm jealous, smonster. Insomnia is eating me from the bottom up. I lay in bed for 2 hours, then gave up.
Blearch. I should edit. That should put me to sleep, and when I wake up, I can get other shit done without guilt.

Ack, I'm sorry, Strix. I'm gonna be tired as hell today, going to bed that late and up so early, but it feels good to be *not* rushing around loathing my lazy self this morning.
I gave Frankie a toy to play with and he's trotting back and forth with it. He's so cute.

I'm awake... for now. Called FLA to see status of loan. It's approved. The documents are all signed. Just fund the damn loan!

Welp, I made my editing goal + 6 pages for the day already, so the insomnia isn't a complete loss.
I don't know about energy, but I am going try to get a nap in, deposit a copyediting check and get my brows waxed.

Strix, glad you are productive in state of insomnia. I usually manage to wrinkle sheets from tossing and turning. But I do hope you get some sleep soon!
Me? Waiting. I've been waiting a LOT, and I think I'm running real low on patience now. Since the selling bank put yesterday as the deadline to complete the transaction, but we still need to fund the transaction to complete it, we need an extension. Escrow told them yesterday, hey we will need to extend to cover the transfer of funds, but everything else is done, let's push through the extension. Selling bank would not consider extension until END of day of deadline. So my bank isn't transfering the funding into escrow until they know there is an extension (which makes sense... but will make this take longer!!). Ugg. So frustrating. If the property wasn't so sweet, I'd say fuck it, just to spite the selling bank.
Extension finally approved. Now waiting to see if they will fund today.

I did get to sleep at about 9:30, and with all my work done for the day! BOO-YAH!
