Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Dearest Little Brother -
When your 15 month old child is having surgery, it would be great if you could, you know, let folks know. So that we don't find out second-hand. Even if it's just tubes in the ears and no big deal. I'm just sayin'. I like to know these things about my nephew.
Still love you,
Aims
For arthritic pet owners, I wholeheartedly endorse Pet Naturals.
Interesting. I'm sprinkling Cosequin on her food right now; have you tried that and feel that Pet Naturals is better?
Hil, yay on the cholesterol and boo on the thyroid levels! Have you had thyroid issues before?
My new summer purse just arrived. I bought it on ideeli and paid half the price of the one on the link.
Man, I need to start hanging out at Parasol's again. We were there all the damn time the summer we moved there, then there were the Tracey's/Parasol's shenanigans, and then I only started going there again when I had a yen for a Tullamore Dew bender (which has been like twice).
Probably enough time has passed since my last one that I can go there and attempt to behave myself.
Happy Belated Birthday, epic!
Got home from work yesterday, fed the cat, lay down and then fell asleep and slept all night.
I blame the hot weather earlier in the week for making me extra sleepy and the lovely cooler weather that moved in yesterday making for perfect sleeping conditions.
Haning out, cat on my shoulder. She is the furry tyrant. I have proof that she is the boss of me: Wednesday night went in to take a cooling shower found the fluffy one lounging in the tub. Couldn't bear to make her move. Didn't shower.
Sometime this morning woke up in a weird sleeping position. Moved back over to the pillows and discovered the cat sleeping on all the pillows. It's like I moved for her in my sleep.
Hil, yay on the cholesterol and boo on the thyroid levels! Have you had thyroid issues before?
Yeah, the thyroid has been borderline for a while, so it's tested every year, just to keep an eye on it.
Ugh. TENS unit isn't enough for my legs today. Took some Vicodin.
Thyroid issues are a pain because low thyroid really fucks with one's mental well-being, my mental well-being anyway. But the upside is they are easy to treat. Sorry to hear the pain is so bad today, Hil.
I got enough sleep last night! I feel like a new person.
Interesting. I'm sprinkling Cosequin on her food right now; have you tried that and feel that Pet Naturals is better?
The Pet Naturals is the first thing I tried with Harvey. I was so pleased that I emailed the company to tell them.
Thanks for the info, WindSparrow. I'll pick some up next time I'm at the pet store.
Nora, you know I'm down for Parasol's. I will budget for that shit. Plus, the day bartender is cute and charming. *ahem*
Right. Off to catch some kittens.
So I totally start all my sentences with "So," as well. And also "And."
Coffee faucet is wrongsauce. Purse is super cute. Argh, Hil, on the pain. Yay for sleep, Burrell!
I am in full-on summer logistics freakout mode, which I had successfully deferred until now. (I wanted to say averred, but I knew that was wrong, just couldn't figure out what was right. But I did. So it's good. And now you know my whole mental process for no reason.) I think it's because I'm just now working through the SO's tour schedule and it is bonkers.
I am torn between how it's too little time with the families and too much. And how there's too much to get done and not enough. I just need to chill, probably.
