Anyway ... the orders on the Lamictal say to take it with dinner. But ... I forget. I forgot yesterday. Can I take it with breakfast instead?
I believe at this point you should hold off until tonight. You do not want to completely change the time you take it and you don't want to take the dosages too close together. ETA this is based on memories of instructions following errors in administering this medication on the job. The rule of thumb with this one is if you catch the missed dosage when it is closer to the next time it should be taken, skip it. If realized earlier, then take it.

Yesterday I opted to stay an extra hour at work when I could have fucked off early due to rain, and then ran a bunch of errands. And I made homemade chocolate syrup last night for my ice cream, which was super easy and pretty tasty! I may up the cocoa content next time.
Today I decided not to work this morning (Fridays are optional, we work four ten-hr days) and I'm trying not to beat myself up about it. I need to go get my brake tag, but I still could have worked. The plan is to do some budgety and house stuff before taking Xusha to the vet.

It can make a person very drowsy. So yeah, but there are people who use it for seizure disorders who take it three times a day. It won't kill you, but since you probably don't know yet how much it makes you sleepy, today is not a good day to take the urge to drive to Montana.
