She's terse. I can be terse. Once in flight school, I was laconic.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Who likes their bank?

We love our local credit union.

I'd recommend you try to find one you'd be eligible to join.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Holy shit, I so did not expect to be right!

I love my CU, and you should be able to join. NIH Federal Credit Union. I've also heard good things about TD Bank.

Our wings are not tired.

IOGoodN, full body scan came back on DH--IT'S NOT IN HIS MAJOR ORGANS! Thank the sweet baby Jesus. We can use the break.

I jumped to the end to see how Daniel was doing and got to see the above. Woo! I love seeing this update.

Now, next time I jump in I hope to see good news for progress with Daniel too. Lots of ~ma headed to the healers, patients, and loved ones.

I cannot believe the asshattery that went into this. Now I just want to talk to this guy's manager and - I don't know what, exactly.

Ohhh good rec.

I've also heard good things about TD Bank.

Innteresting... we have one right across the street from our soon to be former bank.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Seconding the CU rec. We have two, one in NC and one in PNW, and we love both.

I said in Natter, but it bears repeating, Maria, good news is awesome!

Yay for getting decent diagnosis and adequate treatment, sj, even if you did have to wrangle office staff to get there.

All best possible healing thoughts to Daniel and coping thoughts to Andi. Also, JZ? This?

Sure hands, wise heads, and healing.

wants to be read, "sure hands, wise heads, can't lose."

Sox, threaten them with filing a complaint to the governing regulatory agency. It's either going to be the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency or the FDIC.

Even though NIHFCU is based in the DC area, there's a network of CU Service Centers (around 4,000 I think) across the country that will allow you to bank in person if necessary. I've never had a lick of trouble with them, and I've been a member since 1993 or '94.

This. I've left voicemails with trigger words. They have until Monday to phone me back, then I'm escalating to the next management level.

Seriously, I'm Inigo Montoya now. "HELLO! My Name is Inigo Montoya! You forked with my bank account. Prepare to die."
