Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I use 4 bags. We find that plenty strong.
I love the flash mob. But, the thing that gets me is the first comment on the youtube video ("If I ran into this in public, I'd shit my pants from pure happiness"
Between this and the "Avengers" recent discussion, I cannot stop laughing.
We spent the afternoon buying a lawnmower and unpacking more kitchen things. We probably emptied a dozen boxes, but there is so much more to do. Someone tell me we will eventually unpack everything and find a place for everything. Lie to me.
Sean, the general rule for hot tea is 1 bag per 6oz of hot water, but I find cold tea has a stronger taste, so I would normally use about 1 bag per 8 oz for iced.
That's a great flash mob.
I wish I could come and unpack for you. I am awesome at it. (Of course, if I unpacked your stuff you wouldn't be able to find anything, because I'd put it in the places that were logical for me...)
Start with what's most important to you. Kitchen, right?
When Mom makes tea she uses 10 or so regular tea bags. For agallon of tea. But we like it strong.
Kitchen is mostly done, but we have a much smaller kitchen here, so it has required some creative organizing. Mostly the creative part is putting stuff we don't use every day out of reach of my 4' 10" self. Which means I will need to ask TCG if I need them.
About half of the books are unpacked, I'm not quite sure where the other half is going. Also one friend that helped me sort of packed them randomly so I need to go through them and reorganize them. The former library volunteer and bookstore worker in me needs to have them alphabetized and organized by subject matter. I was driving my step-mother in-law crazy the other day when she was trying to help me.
I guess I should do the bathroom closet next, but again the closet is smaller than the one I unpacked, so I'm not looking forward to that task.
In much less whiny news, the contractor replaced the tubes on the washer so I can do laundry now, if I can get TCG to carry stuff downstairs for me.
I use 3-4 family size tea bags and a half a cup of sugar. But that's how I like my liquid crack.
So, remember when I talked about snapping from time to time and buying something I really don't need? I went into Steinmart looking for a lightweight rain jacket, and walked out with these - [link] Lipstick red patent 5" platform stiletto-heel Guess brand peeptoe sandals. In my defense, they are way more comfortable then you would think and were $28 with tax.
Doesn't everyone need a pair of stripper heels?
