New condo on market. Closer to work, remolded, not a short sale. 1 more bedroom, 1/2 bath more. 100sq ft more. Same price. Doesn't have awesome view. But HOAs are cheaper too. Trying to get a viewing before it sells.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
I got my summer sandals! They were pricy, but are way comfy on my picky feet and I think they're darn purty. [link] I got 'em in pewter.
