smonster, Ginger Snaps Back and ice cream sounds good. I'm going to TJ's tomorrow (it's still exciting to be able to say that! I've only been twice so there are still SO MANY NEW THINGS!) to get those salted chocolate covered almonds.
Dan and I went to Microcenter for about an hour and geeked out. We both practically orgasmed in the Apple part of the store (The Air! So light! The HUGE ASS SCREEN! so cool!) and we literally stood slack-jawed and drooling in front of a 55 inch I don't know what kind of fancy TV that looked SO AMAZING, we were just embarrassing ourselves. We just stood there gaped-jawed watching Iron Man 2 on it for about 10 minutes, whispering things like "holy fucking shit, Gwyneth Paltrow DOES have pores!" and "I think I just came in my pants -- oh, my god, this thing is pretty!"
I found neon pink fishnets for my outfit, and bought screaming red permanent dye, which I will amp up for the event even more with screaming red Manic Panic. My hair's gonna be the color of Sydney Bristow's wig in the first ep of Alias. Except not ratty looking. I'm so excited I can dye my hair screaming colors again if I want to. Red fades pretty fast, and Manic Panic will be out in a week or two.
Then we watched the last 3 eps of The Walking Dead to prep for the premiere on Sunday, and then I had the fun of making Dan watch Serenity for the first time.
It was actually a really awesome day.

We went to Cardiff yesterday!
Cardiff rocks! I went to uni there for my undergrad degree. Haven't actually been back since - I need to check out the Torchwood bits, since Cardiff Bay was mostly developed after I left.
