I mostly did "translation" - I typed a fax that was in French into Google Translate and then cut and pasted the translation into a word document.
It scares me a bit if a legal argument is going to be based on this translation method. And (x-posted from natter) Happy Birthday Amy.
Pix I forgot to say earlier I'm so glad your cats are okay. I know how stressful it is worrying if they are sick are not.
Jeezy. I just went and sold some stuff at a clothing store, and I'm taking the remainder to Buffalo Exchange, and there's a line of people waiting to sell. I think mostly because these two women had two HUGE suitcases of stuff (srsly, they got $500 cash) and it's moving faster now.
The start date for my temp job got moved again. Now instead of the 16th it's the 18th. There's 9 days of training first, and starting that is causing all the changes. At this point I'll believe it's starting when I'm actually driving in the first day.

So I sold stuff back at two stores... and promptly spent that money. At least I didn't spend other money? I broke even. Bought three nail polishes (two from China Glaze Capitol Colours) and at Buffalo Exchange they offered way more for credit, so I bought a cute dress and a cute top. Let's hope that satisfies my consumer urges for a while.
In even better news? I have a bike! Neighborfriend loaned me a cruiser indefinitely. She also gave me a vodka lemonade, so I'm a bit tipsy right now. Which feels right for a gorgeous Friday afternoon.
Vodka lemonade and a new bike = did better than just broke even, smonster. So yay!

Thanks. TCG and I rearranged our night so that we could at least have a nice, relaxing dinner, and I found one spoon to cook it with. Of course, I had to explain the whole spoons reference to him.
Good, sj. Relax a bit. Enjoy each other's company. This can be such a stressy intense time, but it's also a happy one, so make sure to sit back and experience it. The details will fall into place, but your health is more important.
