Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Anyone want a 6yo boy?

Me! Me! I'll take that cutiehead.

Raq I'll trade you for a 15.5 yo. He does chores but he's also 15.5 years old...

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Not trading!

But made stir-fry after my nap and a LOOONNNGGG, very hot shower, and then sat my tired ass on couch and painted my toes and nails and watched a movie with Dan. Feel much more human.

And now I'm going to read a magazine, drink a couple of glasses of wine, and crawl into bed by midnight.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

We went to Cardiff yesterday! We couldn't get super close to the Torchwood entrance because they were setting up for a big Rugby match, but we did get nearish it. Interesting fact, if you ask random construction workers in Cardiff where the Torchwood entrance is, they know exactly what you are talking about.

not your mom's socks.

Anyone want a 6yo boy? I think I may craigslist him along with our furniture.

The obvious question being : what did he do to the furniture?

(ditto on the time stamp GRONK. Flying back today. Would appreciate any spare make-your-plane~ma around 4pm as I have to switch gates/buildings at Logan.)

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Whee, Cardiff!

I have to go do laundry this morning, and then I'm planning on going to the Occupy NOLA second line. Really, really wishing I had a bike. Hmm, could take the streetcar and walk...

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Really, really wishing I had a bike.

You want to borrow ours?

Oh, thanks, Nora! I saw your message and thought, "Hey, cool..." and then fell asleep for three hours. I had put off laundry to attend the second line, and then didn't do that either. I'm kind of cranky at myself right now.

It IS bright! And AWESOME!

I got smonster's box today (thank you, darling!! LOVE the necklace and earrings, and Have Plans for the flower) and the image of my costume is coming together...! Kelly and I have a date for early next week to do the Great Makeup And Costuming Collaboration. WOO HOO.

In garage sale news, I didn't get rid of even a 1/4 of the stuff, but made about $150, so am VERY happy with that. Will do friend giveways, Freecycling in the next two weeks (out of town next weekend) then whatever's left gets packed up and donated to whatever organization will come and pick it up, and I take the tax deduction.

And it turned out to be a lovely day, and Dan and I had time to watch the Two Crew Job Leverage ep on the Touch and talk about stuff, and it was great!
