Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I feel better! It's magic!

Ginger, how fucking annoying. I get why the nurse might be initially more concerned about the shortness of breath, but it would be way more helpful if she could be redirected away from that focus to the actual problem at hand. Can you not take Tylenol? That's not an NSAID. (I think. Don't trust me.)

Tylwnol IS A nsaid - one that works differently than asperin, but a nsaid

It is true that people who cannot take other nsaids are often allowed tylenol but it is still something to check since taking tylenol if you are not supposed to can cause serious problems.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Yeah. Ginger needs the good stuff that people get on "Intervention" for.

Um, no it's not. Aspirin, Naproxen, and Ibuprofen are all NSAIDs, but Tylenol is not. It may still be contraindicated for other reasons, but it is not an anti-inflammatory like the others.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

To everyone feeling stressed, lonely, or otherwise unhappy, Harvey is sending his sweetest and best purr vibes. He wants you to feel as loved and as content as his humans feel when he stretches out on a lap or belly with his head resting on a wrist. I want you to feel that way too.

Um. Slightly different note - I should probably touch bases with local animal control on this, right? Squirrel ran straight at me, not moving quite right - like there's an injury or neurological problem, looks like its fur is not all the same length (maybe wacky shedding issues this time of year but...?). A neighbor's dog barked and scared it, big tree right behind me, so it may have panicked and ignored me in favor of getting the hell up the tree away from the dog?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I'm taking Tylenol. It is, as usual, doing almost nothing. I view Tylenol as a cruel joke.

How are all these people misusing prescription drugs and how can I get in on that?

Want me to come to Atlanta and bring you some Valium? That's all I got, but you can totally have some.

Wow I really thought tylenol was an nsaid. Interesting.
