I like the way the walls go out. Gives you an open feeling. Firefly is a good design. People don't appreciate the substance of things. Objects in space. People miss out on what's solid.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Ugh, Pix. That's definitely a lot. Ouch. ...I'd say maybe buy a lotto ticket, but I plan to win, so.... :) $500 million!

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Thanks, everyone. I was just flabbergasted.

Pix, that's a whole lot of suck. I'm sorry you have to deal.

meara, it's now at $540 million. I'll be playing, as will my father, mother, and sister. We're all planning to win.... L and I spent 45 minutes on the phone the other day spending it. The return to reality was cruel.

Hubby and I like to play "What to do with the lottery winnings?" too. So far we've decided on touring Europe while our house in Monterrey is built.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

My sister is also buying a ticket tomorrow. She promises to take care of me should she win.

Can't sleep, might as well be productive. Gonna update my auto insurance, maybe sort some paperwork.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh, Pix, that is a lot of suckitude. Our tax bill was about three grand this year, which we were actually relieved at, but it's still a giant pile of cash to come up with. The SO was doing a lot of side work, but was laid up with a bad back for a while. Our chiropractor buddy fixed him up for free, but it did put a hitch in our gitalong.

So I feel your self employed pain.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Pix, that is indeed major suckitude.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Pix, I'm so sorry. That really sucks.

The status is NOT quo.

Eh, it's all relative. I'm done ranting. It's kind of hit comic proportions today. I stripped the bed and washed all the sheets and was so excited to fall asleep in fresh, clean sheets tonight...and now that I've made the bed all up again and am in it? I'm pretty sure I never actually put detergent in this load. t facepalm

Wallybee and I celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary last weekend, in honour of which we had some family photos taken. I've now uploaded them, starting here: [link]
