The good: the doctor was really nice, said I was doing everything I am suppose to do, and was very calm and non-judgy.
The bad: I really thought she was going to say automatic c-section which she didn't, but she also said that the chances of me getting an epidural are slim to none.

Not sj, but an epidural is the common anesthetic choice which reduces the experience of pain during birth tremendously.
