bloody nose update.
All, I figured out what was "causing" my bloody nose. Orbit gum. I had been chewing it like a mad woman for awhile and then I stopped after my weekend nosebleed. 5 days later I started again and wouldn't you know, I got a nosebleed about 30 minutes later. something toxic is in that gum!

This seems like more of a bitches question, has anyone tried Softcup? I keep reading that it's supposed to be awesome, but haven't heard any RL people in my sphere talk about it.

I use a Diva Cup, which is generally awesome. Never tried Soft Cup. There's a very informative on community about those types of products, one use put up this review and there may be more - [link]
Man, I am so done with these g-d storms. Three days of thunderstorms, pretty much solid. This last one woke me up and I can't get back to sleep. I mean, at least I don't have to go to work? But the thunder and the lightning and the rain on the a/c unit... Not soothing. Also, I have a wee hangover.

I fucking love them. Someone will have to pry them out of my cold, dead hands. I tried diva cup and I did not like it, but Soft Cups work really well.
The only thing of course is that for someone with heavy flow, they can get messy. If you are over that, then Soft Cups rule.

I haven't committed to either a Diva or Soft Cup, but I did get a pack of Instead to test out the concept on a cheaper and more temporary basis, and I love them. As soon as the current box empties out I'm going permanent.
