Oh, smonster, once again you and I are as one. I woke up at 5 and stoked the fire, and then was dead to the world until 11, an hour before I had to go to work. Well, I had work I should have been doing before that, but since I woke up unsure what planet I was inhabiting I figure my body must have needed it. I was all WTF?
I thereby give us sea slug permissions for the day. No guilt in getting the rest our bodies need.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
The planets must be aligned in sloth mode today. I slept until 10:30 and missed the weekly conference call. Had to take half a sick day because I didn't have any other excuse!

I did take my neighborfriend's daughter to the pharmacy, and then went to the pet store and grocery store. But I have a sink of dirty dishes, and friends in town who want to see me, and a budget that needs updating, and need a shower...
Bleccch.
Even the extremely extroverted me needs some downtime away from people, I guess. I just don't want to slip into hermitude and depression.

Things are much better today. I'm feeling much less strung out, but I have a appointment scheduled with my doctor to revisit the idea of anti-anxiety meds.
