That does sound exhausting, Liese. But don't panic! Always good advice.

I guess I should do something about that cocktail thing, too.
You won't die, Liese.
HOW DO YOU KNOW!?? ALL MEN DIE! IT'S POSSIBLE TO DIE OF TOO MUCH TO DO!
But don't panic!
Okay, fine. I've completed the transformation of the sickroom back to the media room. All the linens are done except the towels which has to wait until the day we leave. If I can do the recyclables tomorrow all I need to do before I leave for the open house is the master suite. I can do that. I probably won't die. But if I do die folding laundry, I reserve the right to put "I told you so" on my tombstone. You heard it here, folks.

MC Hammer pants? Perhaps some sort of denim in an acid wash?

Absolutely.
I don't have any real plans for the weekend. I'm thinking about checking out some of the bike paths, and maybe going swimming at a lake on Monday.
In an unrelated note, I have this fb friend who was my geek buddy in high school. She is totally a buffista spirit baby. It's amazing to me how much like all y'all she is. Even though I haven't been in touch with her in years, we still like all the same media, do the same kind of work, have the same (juvenile) sense of humor.
Anyway, they bought a boat. And christened it, officially, painted on the stern and the whole bit, "Mike Hawk," so that every time she talks about it she's all, Mike Hawk is under water, we can't get on Mike Hawk. Hahahahaha!
I'm doing loads of housework, working on a writing project, and doing something (lunch, movie, maybe lunch and movie) with my dad at some point.
So you guys are in Indy for 500 Day? (That's kind of craxy all on it's own.)
Who us? No, not in Indy yet. When we lived there we used to leave on 500 day. Our apartment was right by the track, so we had lots of the teams living there (at highly inflated) short term lease rates for the month. Not the big dudes. People like Arie Luyendyk's tire guy. Who was from my hometown, and we spent more time talking about Ohio than the race, much to the SO's consternation.
But yeah, no. We're not there yet. We won't leave until after the race is over. It's the next week that we travel.
