Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

You need vitamin C?

Sue, I'm glad to hear your mother's procedure went well -- good luck with your dad tomorrow.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I'm having watermelon, brussels sprouts, and a bit of prosciutto for dinner.

I am not going to the website with addiction. I have enough addiction RIGHT HERE.

I bought a thing of dates at TJ's the other day. They are crazy, why do I not eat dates all the time? I also bought some prosciutto and am thinking of eating them together.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I had a sausage, some cold roasted broccoli, and cheese & crackers for dinner. And now I'm drinking some cheap wine and sort of watching Castle while really surfing DW.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Strawberries, grapes, blueberries, and raspberries. Not sure what that was about.

Yesterday was pineapple.

Spinach, apple, and mango chicken sausage salad with ginger sesame dressing. Which is now on day 3. I am that lazy. And the ingredients are oh so tasty.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Pizza. Oh well.

I did do a good stir fry last night though with seitan, broccoli and asparagus.

Anyway, both of my children were particularly adorable tonight.

Matilda wore her Wonder Woman headband to school, and as we escorted her home from school on a rather summery evening in SF, she skipped and sang a song about Mister Sun.

Emmett is prepping for his debate tomorrow by putting on his suit, practicing his James Bond moves and going over how to do a modified Windsor knot on his tie.

We're now all planted in front of Despicable Me. Also, I'm almost done with my onerous encyclopedia entry that I had to write.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Abed!

I am trying not to be addicted to the color game. It;s not working though.
