I got my first job offer! ...and I turned it down. Too much travel. I've interviewed with a place I like today, three interviews with three different groups. I'm interviewing for a place I really like the sound of tomorrow. Monday I have an interview with my current first choice. And Tuesday I have an interview that sounds great aside from the commute. It's in Lawrence, KS so I wouldn't mind moving there in the future though. Nice town.

Job~ma would be appreciated. I'd line one of these to pan out.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Jobma your way! I think it sounds like you're doing just great.

Lawrence is nice.

Lawrence, KS

Wasn't that town blown away in The Day After?

Wow, Gud, you are a case study for the resurgence of the economy! or something. Anyway, congratulations on all the interviewing and the offer!

Apparently things have really turned around in tech recently, at least in this area. I'm not really looking for jobs, I applied at some places I'd like to work and recruiters have brought the other jobs to me. I've had a lot of "interviews" with recruiters as well, but I don't really count those.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I won't buy Charmin on the basis that its entire marketing strategy is "Does a bear shit in the woods?"

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Lawrence Kansas is where Stull Cemetery is. Home of the Winchesters. Be careful.
