My work is batshit insane. A critical bit of software (database replication) is not working yet. We're still going live with it Tuesday. Which means a frantic scramble to change a lot of the code to update on 2 separate databases simultaneously. Which I found out at one. Guess what I'm doing the next 3 days? Head of the developers is losing his cool with people.
It's just all sorts of fucked up.
And I just noticed something has chewed on the trim of my screened doors. I suspect squirrels. Or rats. Anyway, not amused.

I guess I'm all packed (I have underwear and my cell phone charger, and what more do you need, really?), so I guess I'll go to bed, since I have to be up at 4. Yikes. See you all nest week!

I just found an episode of Lie To Me on my TiVo that I hadn't known was there, and sadface! Lightman is a marvellous douche (and I love his
threat to destroy the murderer's mind
in this episode--homey don't play) and I loved his relationship with Foster.
I mean, I also have clothes and shoes and toiletries and something to sleep in, but those are the two things I've ever forgotten to pack.
