Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

In celebrity gossip news, while I avoid doing my job:

a. Nice, Arnold Schwartzenegger. Did we all hear he has a 10-year-old, with a married woman who worked for them for 20 years? Yikes.

b. And how about Shania Twain? Her husband was having an affair (maybe also with an employee?) and now they are all re-married to each other -- Mutt to the affair lady, and Shania to the affair lady's ex-husband. Huh.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

And Shania refuses to let her son be around her husband's new wife.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

my work is imploding. of the 10 jobs we had scheduled this week, 2 have called to postpone, 1 we are missing materials for, 1 we are missing the full materials for but can stil do a partial job, and 2 more we are awaiting material delivery on.

I have no real idea who to call on the materials for one of the jobs, and am about to take stock of the warehouse to see if there is anything in house that we can move up.

mildly freaking out! Oh and the boss who is on vacation is not calling to check in. I mistakingly called her yesterday just to check on something I had never done before to make sure I wasn't in error and she answered then hung up.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Saw this posted elsewhere, not sure where it's from.

Fortunately for the young Schwarzenegger offspring, it appears the kid had the kind of stable nuclear family the Republican leader condones –a father figure, a biological father who secretly sent them money, and a mother who worked for the guy. You can see why, shortly before his move into politics, he was able to state with confidence, "To me, family has always been the basic foundation of everything ... Single parenting is a danger and that's what we have to avoid." See – it's OK, because Arnold and the staffer who had his child were married. He never specified it had to be to each other. And that's your family values, Schwarzenegger style.

Oh dear, msbelle. Is there anyone else to guide you?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

See – it's OK, because Arnold and the staffer who had his child were married. He never specified it had to be to each other.

Heh. Touché!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

And Shania refuses to let her son be around her husband's new wife.

Her old husband's new wife who is her new husband's old wife? Their Thanksgivings are going to be sooooo exciting.

I don't know if I can summon up enough WTF to react to Ahnold.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

As I recall, the new Mrs Mutt was Shania's BFF.

And then mutual feelings of deep betrayal with the ex-BFF's ex ended in romance.

I think this is where I out myself as a Shania Twain fan of about two decades, isn't it?

Oh, and Lily LOVES her new haircut. She kept brushing it and smiling this morning. It looks really nice, even if I do miss my little feral fairy tale princess.
