Back from the grilled cheese food truck. The line was huge - it took almost an hour! AND no tots! The fryer was down, but I did get a sharp cheddar and bacon on French with bacon aioli for dipping. Now I want DQ --- hummmm I wonder if I could get away with running to the mall for a minute or two?

I made myself a grilled cheese with bacon and tomato, and it's pretty darn good! Although the melting could be better.

Large trash item pick-up is tomorrow, so I came home from work and hauled a bunch of crap from the garage to the curb.
Tonight, I work on a resume, and maybe read a book or something crazy like that before bed.
Tomorrow, I gotta clean the back porch, work on grading and resume, do laundry, bake a chocolate stout cake, roast a chicken, make rosemary-garlic potatoes and roasted cauliflower. I'm having a wee dinner party.
Sunday, I gotta grade, do lesson plans, proof a resume, work on a study guide freelancing project for the ISEE, and color my hair.
I'd weed, but it's gonna be chilly, and I think I have too much shit to do, anyway.
Liese, my friends live in the country in the Ozarks, and they have a bunch of hummingbird feeders, and those little birds are mean as hell! They do major bombing runs on competitors -- it's pretty awesome. Also, H & L will leave the porch door open sometimes, and some brave hummers (heh) have actually buzzed into the living room, looking for MOR SUGAH.
