What goes with quiche, if you're doing dinner instead of brunch? We just had plenty of ham for Easter, so I don't want to go that way, but I'm afraid quiche and salad won't be enough for dinner tomorrow night for my mom.
Well, it will be for my mom, but possibly not for my dad and the boys.
Definitely something light. If you don't want ham, maybe chicken?
ImememeN, I just dyed my hair. I used the 4R color from Sally's Beauty Supply store, and it came out more dark auburn than the dark brown with hints of red that I expected. I'm still rather iffy about the results, especially since my eyebrows are really not matching now.
Amy, I'd say baguette unless someone is no-carb or celiac. And put the leftover ham IN the quiche.
Burrell, I'm sorry for your loss.
Burrell, my deepest condolences. Also, you're a wonderful daughter-in-law.
By the time I got myself moving to go for a walk, it started raining, so I grocery-shopped instead. And ran into someone I know on the street! After dinner with my neighbor last night, I'm feeling a little like I know people here, which is nice.
I also volunteered myself to organize a meetup for other internet people, so maybe I'll make friends that way? I figure I'll have to be outgoing if I'm the point person, instead of just hiding in the corner....
Ham in quiche, fruit salad and green salad on side
Ooh, fruit salad is a good call. And yeah, a big baguette or something.
Not that I'm making any of this.
Kathy, I love the new hair! You look great!
Oh, wow! That looks great, Kathy!
