... I was just reduced to googling "camel toe".
Back in '90 or so, I saw the Madison, WI band Camel Toe perform. I didn't find out what the term meant until several years later.
The show was fun. At one point the band took a break and heated up some baked beans on stage, then let the audience try some.
Man, do I feel old and fuddy-duddy.
Heh, that term has been around since at least the 1960s.

I think that means I'm mentally (or socially) 110.
Burrell, my sympathies to you and C and your family. May it be an easy and peaceful passing.
And, as it turns out, I'm asking the same thing, for my DH's grandmother. Following a couple of weeks of declining health, she apparently took a drastic turn for the worst last night. We're driving out to OKC tonight to be with her. (M was supposed to leave on Sunday for a month-long research trip in the UK and Ireland, but now that's all up in the air.)
It's not entirely unexpected, but until recently we had reason to hope she had a few more good years left. This is going to be really hard on M and his mom, following so closely after M's brother's death, which was less than a year ago. God, this family needs some happy news in the worst way.
Anyway, some ~ma for strength, peace, and clarity would be much appreciated. Thanks, y'all.
much ma to both your families, Kate and Burrell.
Strength and peace to both Burrell and Kate and your families.
Much ~ma to Kate, Burrell and their respective families.

Be sure to check the road conditions before you leave. Last I heard there was a major detour off I-40 for a flooded section east of Little Rock, with lots of backed-up truck traffic.
Oh, Kate. Best thoughts to all of you as well.
Oh Kate, much ~ma to you and M. and M.'s family. He and his fam have had such a rough year. Please tell him I'm thinking about him.
