I'm sorry Sue.

That woman who wants to marry the rollercoaster? Am I the only one going to a Lars and the Real Girl kind of place?
It reminds me of this book, Lemon, by Lawrence Krauser. It's about a man and his, uh, relationship with a lemon.
Thanks Burrell. It's amazing how much the political landscape has shifted. Conservative majority. Large NDP (leftish) opposition. Liberals (centrists) almost wiped out. Bloc Quebecois (separatists, Quebec party) actually wiped out.
Am I the only one going to a Lars and the Real Girl kind of place?
Took me to the same judgmental place, but that movie brought out the worst in me.
Go Quebec!
The interesting thing is that the NDP fielded candidates in some ridings in Quebec with no expectation of winning...and they won! Apparently one candidate was in Las Vegas for a good chunk of the campaign. They could be bringing the serious wacky to Parliament.
Sorry Sue
Uh, we don't have Portal, or play it at other peoples' houses, but somehow The Boy found YouTube clips of it, and he now LOVES GLaDOS. Like, loves in the way that woman loves the roller coaster. If I hear that theme song one more time I'm going to shank him.
I'm making a note here: huge success.
EVIL.
Took me to the same judgmental place, but that movie brought out the worst in me.
It took me to a different one and I feel kind of bad about it. Because the movie kind of invites you to diagnose him so I felt OK about it. This woman? She really doesn't.
