From the close shots of that crowd, it looks like it's largely GW students. Or at least it was a little while ago -- from the CNN coverage, looks like a lot more people have joined them now.

Yeah, the shots they were showing on my TV were TOTALLY GW students--no one over 22. Probably some of them barely remember 9/11.
