What is up w. your President, America?
I have no idea but he's speaking in ten minutes. Thank you, Twitter...
Addressing the nation tonight, unexpectedly.
I hope he's going to announce that the Democratic Party had temporarily lost them but had recently found their Enormous Brass Balls. And that he was going to vigorously defend unions, gay rights and women's rights.
But it's probably not that.
OMG, y'all, get me off my ass. I am so tired!
I had a great time at the party, but it was very talky! We were promised jamaround time. I'm good at jamaround time! I'm less good at talky. It was fun, but I am introvert exhausted now. And then I bought one million groceries.
So I still have uber groceries to put away, cookies to finish, house to finish cleaning, beds to rearrange and make, and it's chilly and we're almost out of propane, so I should probably chop some kindling and make a fire too. But I just want to lie around and watch hockey!
But the SO is driving for, like, sixteen hours today, with bonus sitting around in-between flights time, so I should not complain. And I should get my ass in gear so that it's all nice when they get home in the middle of the night!
My guess: He's sick with something that needs addressing, like, I don't know, colon cancer. Or we're invading Libya.
Or, possibly he wants to punch Donald Trump in the mouth and would like a live feed on that.
Aside from the Trump punching possibility, I expect it will be bad news.
You guys will tell me, right? I am pissy at the president and don't particularly want to hear him talk.
I am worried now. We already invaded Libya. It must be something worse.
He got his punches in last night, so probably not that.
CNN says it's regarding nat'l security. (via Twitter)
Yeah, this is really unsettling.
