Sheesh, that's scary. Glad you heard the okay, sara.
There was a big bunch of smoke today in Flagstaff, but it was a prescribed burn. There had previously been a fire started by a meth lab, so I thought this was that one, but no.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Safety~ma to all in the vicinity of tornados. That's the scariest weather, imo.
Should I make a salad, roast some radishes, or eat an avocado with a spoon?
Avocado with a spoon. And a tiny sprinkle of salt.
Raw radishes go with avocado, too! And salt. Lime, if you have it.
The damage in Tuscaloosa is incredible. That tornado in Cullman was this morning, and the downtown of Cullman is just trashed - they showed some on TV.
I am totally impressed how these local weather guys know the names of the towns, neighborhoods, counties, etc. pat. The one guy is like, "That's right by the so-and-so church that was destroyed in the 1994 tornado..."
Ooh, I do have lime. And salt. Okay, thanks!
Every meal I ate in Mexico came with a radish garnish. I need to start eating more Mexican-ish at home again.
I don't think I could pay $17.99/lb for cheese unless it was going to give me an orgasm or something. But it sounds good.
My favorite blue cheese (Roaring Forties) is about $16/lb. I don't buy it often, but I'd probably give up having them on the days I'm making a brunch spread with it if that were necessary.

God damn it. They're already reporting fatalities.
I guess Hec's exhortations didn't work.
Man, that's really awful. How many fatalities, Anne?
