Theo, YAY! It'll be ok -- 2 days of new job, then WEEKEND. Better than full week start, babe.
Woo, Theo! Programming, yay!
Also woo to Erin!
Good on you, Theo! May it lead to more a permanent employment situation.
Awesome news, Theo!!!
Congratulations, Theo!
Ebert won The New Yorker caption contest. I prefer some of his earlier entries though, but oh well:
That cell phone one should have won.
Congrats, Theo!
Erin -- seriously, if I'd seen you were on the cusp of pushing the button, I'd have held back on the news for another hour. I know how agonizing a decision like that can be, let alone committing to it.
Naw, it's ok, Theo. Anti-climax, really: I can't register today!
You either have to pay a $50 set-up fee in addition to the 8.95 a month, or pay a year in advance, which is $119.
Can't do either of those right now.
It'll still be available in 3 weeks
Yay, Theo!
Tep, her gas is a dead-ringer for skunk spray. It's kind of funny. It's actually not as bad as a cat fart in the face. (It's probably good that I don't mind the smell of skunk.)
She's learning stairs. Small sets outside are not an issue, but the ones to our bedroom are rough. She totally made it up with no problem two nights ago, but was thrown by them last night, and had to be gently convinced to go up them with treats. Down remains an issue, so Paul's been carrying her down in the morning. Hilarious to see a guy carrying a 64lb dog down the stairs. Thankfully, she only has to deal with these ones once a day.
