Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Welcome home, Mister Kitty!

I'm positive that Jars once told me about the Celtic homosocial nipple sucking.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh I`m glad, sara.

I`m having a crap day. Missed work this morning by sleep, had a long facebook chat with a former student I thought was doing all right, newlywed and just had a baby, but it turns out babydaddy just wants to smoke pot and not work, which really, who doesn`t, but that`s not how you raise a kid. Then oil change, where they told me I should fix a coolant leak. Then tire shop where I couldn`t get alignment done because of my wagon`s skirts, but had to replace two tires because of the probs from alignment. Left there and my brake light was on. I thought it was stuck and tried to release it, but it wasn`t actually stuck. But it is now, because I pushed it trying to clear it. And the SO tried to rescue me but couldn`t and now I`m waiting for AAA because I sent him off to be at the fraught band meeting I`m supposed to be at right now. Please be able to fix it, AAA driver.

information libertarian

In continuing Classics Day news, my colleague who is working the night just told me she got a question from someone who wanted works on Jstor written in 400 BC. Jstor has a lot of historical depth, for a scholarly article database, but articles written in 400 BC not so much.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

babydaddy just wants to smoke pot and not work,

Yeah, our niece named her baby Mary Jane, and the whole family is pretty sure it's because of her and her husband's "hobby."

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm currently watching the American Experience show about the Stonewall Riots, and I have to say, the 60s era film they are showing is pretty shocking to see for someone who didn't live through it. Recommended!

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

I love me some hummus on an everything bagel. Maybe plus some lettuce and tomato and cucumber and shredded carrots and avocado....hungry now!

One of my flatmates in London got very upset over my habit of enjoying a crumpet with hummus (so yummy!) I believe she used the word "sacrilege" at least once.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Sacrilicious, you mean.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just turned it on. I'm wondering about the context of a lot of the film -- there were a few that look like interviews on TV shows, but they don't say what show or what angle the show took.

They've been putting the names of the shows that clips are taken from on the screen, but not the whole time.
