Early: Where'd she go? Simon: I can't keep track of her when she's not incorporeally possessing a space ship. Don't look at me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It can't be slow and tender ALL the time!

OMG, HDU, it totally can. Also, there are butterflies and rainbows in the background, and kittens gambol at the foot of the bed.

Um, which reminds me, I need to mend that one dress....

HUSSY. HUSSY. Were you wearing heels and standing on a ladder in the middle of the night too?

I think Iron Man buys in too hard to his playboy persona (*not* alter ego) for Batman to dig him. But Bruce Wayne might have some men's room shenanigans with Tony Stark at fancy parties.

Long term, there's something about Supes' idealism that draws Bruce back. He does want to believe, even as he doesn't believe *he* can do that.

I should go look at the picture some more to be sure of these things.

Perkins and ita are wholly responsible for me mainlining Community for days now.

It's *so* worth it. I've actually been buying S2 off iTunes in dribs and drabs. They're great to watch over lunch break. If rude, in a restaurant.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, OK then. ( @@ )

I'm glad you have come around to my way of thinking.

Beautiful Wondie and Bats. Not porn. Just pretty.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Superman must rip a lot of clothes, huh?

I think with Batman it's slow and tender and...maybe there's a striptease?

I think I snorted pasta into my sinuses. Ahahaha!

But Bruce Wayne might have some men's room shenanigans with Tony Stark at fancy parties.

I have sought such fic out. Oh, yes. Because, hot DAMN.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Bruce is wonderfully uncomplicated that way. Yes.

Wait, Geraldine Ferraro died? Damn, this week.

Looks like in this pic (NSFW, naturally) costume got shredded. Bats is letting himself be manhandled more than *I* personally would have expected, honestly.

Now I want that fic, Steph.

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

Can I put in a big-time recommendation for clothing swaps? It's a great way to get rid of stuff. Everyone brings the clothes they're not wearing, rummages through everyone else's stuff, and leaves (in theory) with less than they brought, all of which is new-to-them. The leftovers go to Goodwill. My friends hold them at least twice a year, and I always get rid of a bunch of stuff without my usual regrets (because I can hope that someone new will give my clothes a good home), and pick up a few things I really like.

I've never had enough friends of the same size and taste to make a swap work. I've gotten a few things from one friend, but that's it.

Because books.

I've never been to a clothing swap, either. We did something kind of similar with home dec items years ago in the mom's group I was part of, and that was fun.

I'm surprised that I would actually be okay with reading *this* story. Mrph.
