Our wings are not tired.

Me, Erin? I can't remember which HR. The phone call for the Shmoop consult job went great.

School HR. Glad it went well. Also, glad you're feeling confident about the freelancing!

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Glee is too mainstream and not SciFi enough. Their fandom is not the internet insane-o fandom?

It's the pay money to see them in concert if you can get your mom to drive you fandom?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I follow at least one serious Glee fan on tumblr, and there seem to be bunch of those, anyway.

Because books.

There are a lot of Kurt/Blaine (or just plain Blaine) fans on tumblr, from what I've seen.

The one I follow is a Brittany/Santana fan.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

From what I gather Glee is big on TWOP and they almost edged out SPN on E-Online's Alpha Male poll. Which, seriously? I don't know much about glee, but if it's not Sue or the mohawk guy, who is alpha male? But they definitely had masses of rabid voters.

However, if you ask at IO9, the answer will surely be Firefly, and most people will be mad. River Tam wins every badass poll, and Serenity recently won best sci fi movie of all time. And the bitching about it is EPIC.

I can't but laugh.

No clue.

OK, here's a random question -- I'm going to go out and see the marathon tomorrow for a little bit. Should I try to see the winners, or go out later and cheer on random runners?

Because books.

Sue is pretty much the alpha in any situation on that show. Much as I like Puck, aka mohawk guy.

Go out later and cheer on random runners, Jesse. They need encouragement!

Yeah, that's nicer, right? OK then!

not your mom's socks.

Go out later and cheer on random runners, Jesse.

seconded. people cheering was one of the reasons I decided to push all the way through my first (and still only) 5k. Also, it's fun - we did it for lots of random people at my sister's 1/2 iron.

Have many people seen the movie Hanna yet?
