Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I actually signed up for HBO for GoT. I considered Starz for Torchwood, but it's 15/month, and there's nothing else on that station I'm interested in. So we'll see.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I'd do that if we still had cable - as is, it would be over $100/month for essentially one show. I'm pretty sure nothing's that good.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

And with Starz, I imagine (HOPE!) Torchwood should be up on Netflix pretty quickly.

I'll just have to wait for GoT to come out on iTunes when the DVD's are released, or perhaps AHEM. Everyone I know has gotten rid of their HBO.

Because books.

I think that show JDM was in talks for was supposed to be for Starz.

The status is NOT quo.

I am planning to watch GoT but have to admit to a bit of trepidation given how bleak it can be.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I am FINISHING THE TAXES, today.

DIE, TAXES, DIE.

90 days, apparently.

I just filed my State. Surely TurboTax hadn't told me before I could post-date the withdrawal from my account. I'd have completed the transaction weeks ago, if I'd realised. Silly me.

Still, all's done and dusted ahead of deadline.

I was planning to read more GoT before it airs. Maybe I will curl up with it this afternoon. That and some Nutella and jasmine tea.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

If the check engine light has been coming on, take the car to AutoZone or one of the other big auto parts stores. Tell them the check engine light is coming on, and ask them to use their code reader to tell you what code the check engine light is throwing out. If it's "fuel too lean" or "fuel too rich," the problem is a dirty MAF sensor, which you should be able to pull out yourself and clean with rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip.

Thanks, Tep. That's very useful information. But Liese also has me fearful now of being berated in Albuquerque.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I know! No one expects Albuquerque beration! But you're probably in little danger. We changed ours. And for what its worth, it's run like a charm ever since.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I can usually see their wifi network from my bedroom
