Very convincing. Makes me completely want to put myself under government control. Please take me to where you can make me unconscious and naked.

I'm so glad you had a great date, tommyrot!

I woke up at 4, because someone called (twice) only to hang up. That woke up K, who decided she wanted to hang out for a while, and when she went back to bed at 5, I stayed up since my alarm goes off at 5:15.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Ugh. Monday.

Just woke up. Still somewhat tired, and I have 500+ miles to drive today.

On the plus side, there's a Waffle House nearby....

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I woke up at 3:45 because the cat stepped on the remote and turned the tv on full blast.

Art Crawl!!!

Waffles sound like a plan. . . also coffee.

Glad the date went so well. Hmmm, what are we going to call her on the board?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I woke up at 3:45 because the cat stepped on the remote and turned the tv on full blast.

That actually makes me feel better about the fact that my TV remote died and I haven't done anything to fix or replace it. (The "universal" cable remote was never able to find my TV, so on/off and volume are ALL THE WAY OVER THERE now.)

All the lights have gone off on my floor of the building. My computer and space heater are still on, but all the students have left. I am content with this development.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

apparently I'm now in a long-distance relationship

Woot!! I had great luck in an LDR with one person in Chicago.

Right on, Tommy!!! And I was thinking of lisah, actually, when you mentioned your date. Yay LDRs with Chicagoans!

We had marital date night, which consists of Northern Exposure and lemon frozen yogurt and popcorn. Which may not be much, but is totally awesome to us.

Sounds perfect!

I threw some chili in the crock pot yesterday, at which point Tim said, "Hey, how long before that will be ready?" I said at least an hour, but ideally longer. He suggested we kill time with some hanky-panky.

I gotta say -- having a vat of chili all ready and waiting after hanky-panky? BRILLIANT. God bless the crock pot.

I am feeling like I'm never going to be in a relationship ever, so I hope I'm wrong about that.

Don't make me point my finger at you, damn it.

Glad the date went so well. Hmmm, what are we going to call her on the board?

I suggest we call her whatever Tommy prefers we call her.
