All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Right, aurelia! Totes reasonable.

Thank you for enabling. As it turns out, Hulu+ won't help me because FOX has gone insane. It seems only Dish network subscribers can get the episodes before 8 days. And no new episodes of the current season are even on iTunes!

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Amy,

there are some people on TWOP who watch Ringer and Revenge and Revenge comes out on top. I cannot stand Madeline Stowe, and yet this show has turned me around on her. That is a tough nut to crack because I really really did not like MS. At all. Nuh uh.

This show (so far) is just campy fun. And the writers seem to get that so far. The lead actress seems to be enjoying herself, so that goes a long way with me.

Trust my rage

I like Madeleine Stowe and she is a good queen bitch.

My house is a mess and my laundry isn't put away but I'm pretty much okay with it, which is sort of nice. But usually I use football and Sunday afternoons for laundry, dishes and house cleaning.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Revenge sounds fun, maybe I will give that a watch. Not that I need more TV to watch, but, hey, DVR isn't quite full.

I'm a little afraid of American Horror Story. Which is kind of their goal, I guess?

Because books.

American Horror looks like three steps beyond American Gothic (anyone remember that show? with Gary Cole and Paige Turco?), in terms of the horror and the sex. But it also looks like the sort of dreamy, unreliable narrator sort of thing Twin Peaks was.

I'm so in.

I'll watch it, just possibly not right before bed. Maybe when the sun's up.

Trust my rage

One of the reasons I avoided SPN for so long was because horror wasn't and isn't really my thing. And it still isn't, so I'm hesitant. But if Tim is involved (and I think he is?) that helps in terms of me watching it. Because SPN really isn't about horror. Maybe if it's a Tim thing, it won't really be about horror either?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Revenge is better than I thought it would be. I'm enjoying it.
