Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Hey? Can I ask a favor of you since you're in the area? I'd love to meet up and get you to sign Gillian's book for me. (I'm such a bad one about mailing things!)

Let me check with the Keeper Of The Schedule (which is SO not me), but I think we can manage that!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My mother is prone to instilling terror in general, and I think she fundamentally doesn't get cartoon characters made 3D.

No, I don't know why she'd suggest Disneyland, then.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

So I have a date this weekend. She lives a 12 hour drive away, so I'm leaving tomorrow morning.

She's getting her PhD in History at the University of Alabama.

Because it's Disneyland? I dunno.

Look, I have no shame: if I became wealthy beyond my wildest dreams (or even wealthy to the level of my wildest dreams, I'm not picky), I would visit every Disney theme park. I've seen photos from Disney Hong Kong, and I must go there.

We met on Geek 2 Geek. She's an INFP like me, and I was impressed that she's studying naval history.

On Saturday we're driving to Mobile to tour the battleship USS Alabama.

Because books.

That's a pretty cool date. Way to go, tommy.

The idea of the Family ita ! traipsing through Disneyworld is making me smirk, I have to say.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Go, tommyrot!! If you end up in Tuscaloosa, get breakfast at City Cafe. I miss that place. Or, get ribs at Dreamland. Nummy.
