I don't sleep but 4-6 hours per night, but that's because I can't stay asleep. I do best on 5 hours, plus an hour nap sometime between noon and 6-ish. I don't usually get the nap, though.

Back in college and for about 5 years after I could go comfortably on an average of 4 or 5 hours a night, but those days are long past. I think maybe I just deferred the sleep debt until my 30s.
