Lydia: Its removal from Burma is a felony and when triggered it has the power to melt human eyeballs. Giles: In that case I've severely underpriced it.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

LeN, I think you mean "Elizabeth Warren, BAMF"

She's my hero.

Someone's done the math for how much bubble wrap you need to protect yourself from a fall,

I'm imagining a scene in which the bad guys are at the door and our hero is frantically rolling himself in bubble wrap in order to escape out the window.

Speaking of 15 y.o. boys... someone please tell me (lie if you have to) that 15.5 to 16 gets better?

Not a boy, but I spent 15 listening to angry music, wearing combat boots, being tragically misunderstood, and in retrospect, with the emotional maturity of a newt. I got better.

In other news, my meeting with big boss ran twice as long as scheduled and I came away with a million action items, but this was actually a good thing. And I was more productive today that I thought I'd be, so I may not have to log into work this weekend after all! Time to watch all the TV premieres I haven't gotten to yet!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Mid year performance review just popped up on my radar. Came and went pretty well--boss had no disagreement with my self eval, and just wants me to communicate more. Which I honestly have no idea how to do.

Best of all, he's approved, without blinking, two days a week working from home. HALLOO.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

And I was more productive today that I thought I'd be, so I may not have to log into work this weekend after all!

Whereas I seem to have lost both this weekend and the weekend of the 8th to needing to actually be in the office.

I CAN HAZ HAWAII NOW?
