CJ is going up to a friend's cabin for the weekend. Both to work and to play. I knew he was going to help clear some deadfall trees, but he is also going to help build a dam. He is going to be in hog heaven.
More PT today. My shoulder doesn't hurt anymore but it is easy for me to forget how weak it is. Doing my PT exercises really reminds me of that fact. Owie. I love my new PT guy...I feel like I wasted so much time and money on the other PT.
