Yuck. Strong aftershave is so difficult to deal with. My brother uses really strong stuff from time to time and I always want to smack him.

Hopefully it won't be so bad all morning?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I need to be getting ready for work, but my left hand is currently trapped under the cat.

I suspect I may be late

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Is this Take Your Cat To Work Day? Perhaps he would consent to lounge on your hand at work ....

I see no issue with bringing the cat to work. What could possibly go wrong?

In today's the-phone-has-not-rung-once boredom I started writing an essay on how Doctor Who and Torchwood can save the world. That's, uh, a completely normal and not uber-nerdy thing to do, right?

Yeah, I didn't think so either.

brillig

I wish I could do Take Your Cat to Work day. I was late getting out of the house because Shadow flopped down in front of me and let it be know that he was The Saddest Cat In the World because no one was available to rub his head for fifteen minutes. So I complied with my fuzzy lord's commands and gave him a good snuggle before leaving.

Koogie would have been a terrific work cat, give him something to sleep on near me, some food and water and a discreet litter dish, and he's have been happy to sleep for eight hours.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Do I want to go to the cafeteria for Taco Salad or eat what I brought in-- pot roast with veggies with a side of spinach?

I wish my cat were here- she would like that meal.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am alone at work today and SOOOOO uninspired to work. I was up til 1am finishing reading The Help. All I want to do is play FB games and manage personal life crap that I never get around to doing. I will feel UBER guilty though if I do not have all my work complete, so I best just hunker down and do it.

BTW, wrt FB games. ANyone else here who I have not already friended play the hidden object games, cause I need more neighbors/helpers/whathaveyou. Yes, this is my life, don't hate cause you jealous.

I was playing Sims Social on FB for a while but I was overwhelmed with the constant need for more neighbors. I've never done too many FB games. When I lived in China I was ALL ABOUT the social games on their social networking site because if you couldn't talk about Happy Farm you were more or less a social outcast.

I'll let you know if I get sucked back into Sims Social, though!

Art Crawl!!!

You don't need lots of neighbors for the hidden objects games (but they help.)

I have played Sims Social and I'm just kind of "eh" about it. I have enjoyed Adventure World a bit - it's got this great Indiana Jonesesque music and adventure.
